272nd Church Anniversay

Today we celebrated the 272nd anniversary of Burton Latimer Baptist Church. It was a wonderful night full of good food and fun games. Thank you to everyone who helped organize the event and to all those who brought delicious food and participated to make it a special night.

Mayor’s Charity Fashion Show

The Mayor’s Charity Fashion Show was held on November 2nd at Bosworth’s Garden Centre. Local businesses donated items for the raffle and everyone has been very supportive with ticket sales and raffle donations. Thank you to everyone who helped out and to Bosworth’s for hosting this event.

Civic Service

On September 18th, Burton Latimer Baptist Church held a Civic Service for Burton Latimer’s Mayor, Nigel Padget. Allotment

Burton Latimer Baptist Church’s allotment is located behind the church and is 50×80 feet. It includes 2 raised beds, 2 fruit cages and a greenhouse. The allotment is looked after by Derek Muggleton, who grows vegetables for the Church Luncheon Club and makes jam from the fruit to sell to[…]
